Marilee(I hope that’s how she spells her name) is amazing! Couldn’t ask for better customer service. My plan got messed up when I got a promotional tablet and she made sure to get customer support to get my plan to back to where it was supposed to be.

Marielee and Kiarra are AMAZING! I had to transfer my service to Metro from T-Mobile and they could not have been more professional, patient, and helpful! It was a very busy day, and yet they managed all of the customers with professionalism and kindness. Everything worked out perfectly thanks to Marilee and Kiarra's hard work and fantastic customer service. THANK YOU!

Marilee was phenomenal,talk about a multitasker,she helped me and 3 other people at the same time and somehow managed to make happy customers of us all.Good experience,great mannerism,awesome customer service.Definitely left with a smile and a reason to return.

They are always hiding in the back with closed doors. Getting information or assistance is like pulling teeth. Makes you wonder why they work there if they give you as little help as they can to get by. Places are always empty,not one costumer the four times I've ever went to one of these places. I'm sorry but I'd never recommend a place with the type of employees they have to serve you. Guess I'm spoiled by knowledgeable,polite people who don't mind working with the customer.

My visit at the location in New Britain on 976 Main Street was great. A guy named Michael helped me out and he was very informative, respectful and kind without being too pushy or careless of a customer's needs. Metro need more staff members like Michael at the other locations!!!!
