They are always hiding in the back with closed doors. Getting information or assistance is like pulling teeth. Makes you wonder why they work there if they give you as little help as they can to get by. Places are always empty,not one costumer the four times I've ever went to one of these places. I'm sorry but I'd never recommend a place with the type of employees they have to serve you. Guess I'm spoiled by knowledgeable,polite people who don't mind working with the customer.

I stopped in today and spoke with Sophie ( I hope) the spelling is correct. I am in the customer service field and she deserves a 10 of 5. She is a professional and represents the company isn an extremely positive light. I was recommended to come see her and know else at the store and I am so glad I did. She needs more recognition, promotion, and raise. Thanks again Sophie, you are the best. Kevin Evans

My visit at the location in New Britain on 976 Main Street was great. A guy named Michael helped me out and he was very informative, respectful and kind without being too pushy or careless of a customer's needs. Metro need more staff members like Michael at the other locations!!!!

I bought my phone in February 2021.In March 2022 it stopped working.I did go back to look for help.I was accused why I chose this phone.The phone is so old,that is impossible to do anything.I was offered to buy the new phone.Disapointed...My phone isSamsung Galaxy A01.

A place with honesty and customer care. Representative Janely was very knowledgeable and honest with all of my questions. I had to look no further with finding the product I needed. Atmosphere was clean and felt professional. Not all Metro stores are alike or functions the same so this place deserves its five stars. Thank you Janely
