This is a weird thing. I’ve been to the store so many times before. I just feel like the staff is pretty unhappy. I remember setting down some frames probably in the wrong location because I decided not to purchase them and I heard someone who works there say a comment about old people. I’m pretty sure she was talking about me. When I did go up to the checkout counter. It just seemed like everybody was pretty sad. I don’t know if the store isn’t doing well. But, I might seek out another place to go when I need some art supplies.

They need to assign a competent individual for order pick up. The markers I recieved were clearly USED. I expect the items that im PAYING for to be new and unopened. Marker section should be closed off like everything else.

Lots of parking. The store was very clean and organized. If there's something you need and can't find it, the staff is very helpful.
