“this place is amazing!!!! Yesterday I went to a salon in town and being new to the area I didn't know this would be a grave mistake. I asked for a simple trim with long layers and within three minutes the hairdresser stated she was finished. This shocked me because I was unsure of what she was finished with, certainly not my hair no way! I left confused with wet hair, after I came home I dried it only to be devastated. My once pretty decent hair was so ugly! My long layers were zig zag chopped and uneven I cried and then cried a little more. Today I googled salons in town, this time I wouldn't cry because I did my homework. I called and spoke with gladi she is so sweet and told me I could come right in and she would help me. My car is in the shop so I had to depend on the bus which brought me right to them I was a little later than expected so I called to let her know and she said it's fine she would see me whenever I arrived. I opened the door and gladi welcomed me like family the salon was very clean and the prices were reasonable. sat me down and I told what happened and that I wanted my hair fixed and colored as well, we looked at all of the options for colors and she began her magic. she colored it and washed my hair so good, it was very relaxing. Then the owner came over to cut and style my hair. She was so professional explaining how she can see whoever cut my hair must have rushed or that they were a beginner. She told me she could see that someone attempted to give me long layers but made it choppy and did it all wrong. She took her time with my hair I was nice to not be rushed. She then asked how I wanted to style it and once complete I wanted to cry, this time because I fell so in love, I felt BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I couldn't stop touching my hair. I refuse to go anywhere else, they are amazing!!! It doesn't matter what you're going for, weather it's a wash and blowdry or a trim or if you're adding any color. They will do it right and leave you feeling so good. I am so happy I found this place, I will recommend obession to anyone who wants what they invision their hair to be, you will get it here 100%. I am so grateful I cannot say it enough. I promise you will be satisfied and happy too!”

“Jesse T was very wonderful and helpful with helping me get all set up with some perks associated with my account. Very patient polite and provide exceptional customer service. I originally set up my account at the cottage Grove Rd Bloomfield location and they were not helpful at all and didn't even answer their phone they rushed me out cause it was almost closing time didn't provide a charger for my phone which should have been included and they just rushed my transaction without giving me the proper links etc. So I called the new Britain location and Jesse helped with all my issues. Great employee!”
