I’ll be honest I loved the atmosphere, they were super friendly and welcoming. I loved the stylist that did my blowout, she was amazing 5 stars to her, but I do have two complaints about this place. The first one would be the hair washing technique, it was painful since she kept nicking me with her nail. Second complaint I have would be that they did not use any heat protection on my hair, for a high end price you would at least expect some protection. I myself did see more somethings I didn’t like sanitation wise, The service price didn’t match quality of care.

I have always gone to salons where the price for a simple haircut starts at $100. But, after losing my hairdresser of 26 years, i could not find anyone who could do my hair... Until the day i walked into the salon. The owner (i think she owns it, her name is " Neirda" * once again, i could be off on the spelling as they are all Spanish speaking, and nice as hell!! ) i wish i found her years earlier, but i am thrilled i finally found a new hairdresser. She does such a great job, and they are all so very nice there. This is the perfect business to say, "You cannot judge a book by its cover." as it is located in a run down building, but she has that ALL of the busienss there. I promise that i would choose theor salon over all of those "day spas", etc... There are several talented hairdressers here, so call and book. You will be glad you did.

Asked for LONG layers, had waist length hair, showed a clear reference picture. she cut it extremely short and it looks horrible. Pissed is an understatement

I waited for about 2min. Not bad for a walk in. And my hair looks and feels fabulous!!!!!

I am in tears. That's all I can say. I called and asked if they take walk ins and the woman on the phone said of course and she told me to come in. I come in and she told me it will be a few minutes of a wait. 1 hour and 10 minutes went by. She finally sat me down but I waited an extra 20 minutes in the chair. So a haircut with no rinse or blow dry is 25 if you wash and blow dry it's 55. I've had my haircut dry before so I said just the cut is fine. She cut my hair for 10 minutes and quickly scooted me out to the register to pay and leave. I was flustered and I also have anxiety so I couldn't say hey can I take a look at my hair (that's my fault). When I got home I saw how uneven my hair was. This has never happened before. I had finally grew out my hair so I told her to cut off an inch and give me layers. After fighting my anxiety I finally bit the bullet and called. She told me I know you. If you cut hair dry it'll be uneven you wanted layers etc. if you can't cut hair dry then why offer it? I went back she took me in and washed my hair. She cut my hair wet and then she waited for me to leave. No blow dry (I don't need it) but it's the way she took the apron off and walked away without saying "okay you're done" and again she didn't let me look again. I just left. I have NEVER had such a bad experience but MAN my hair is messed up. I can't even fix my hair I have to grow it out! I'll be walking around with a low ponytail for a few months at this point. I'm holding back tears because even after she botched it the first time I was still so nice and tried to make small talk while she was "fixing" my hair. When you see my post and you see what you have done I really hope you don't have another excuse or think nothing is wrong with my hair. Your license should be taken away. I'd give 0 stars if I could. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.
