Without getting wordy, the uboxes were stored for 6 months and the contents were dry and undamaged when we unloaded them 1800 miles later. No issues whatsoever.....I hope future moves go this well. “Today I observed an incident that speaks to the caliber of people working at Plainville UHaul. There was a customer who had an unreasonable request for a cash refund. He was relentless! He continued to badger her and he wouldn't leave. I've worked with the public for over 50 years, and I don't know how I would have handled it. I felt bad for the 3 people at the front end who were trying to help other customers, and I also noticed a camaraderie among them as they supported each other. The young man who waited on me continued, unfazed, smiling, knowledgeable, and polite.Who wants to move? No one I know. Let's try to be kinder out there to the people who are charged with enforcing rules they didn't create. Nice job, Plainville!”
