It was super easy to check in and book an appt. I was seen right away. I wish I remembered her name, but the woman who took my blood was extremely professional and the procedure was quick and easy and relatively painless. I’m very needle phobic and I appreciated the great job she did.

I have had to get blood drawn a decent amount over the years, especially for someone in their 30's & I can say hands down this was the best experience. They were on time; I was actually taken 10min early and was done before my scheduled appt time (Never heard of). I had Nicole who was a ray of sunshine, so nice and professional. Worth the traveling a little farther for. 12 out of 10.

Last Saturday, September 7, i made a apointment for my mom. She is hardly walking, we run little behind. I was there with in 10 minuts window of being late. They been finishing other 2 people in a office. When the employee approached to me that we are late, I explained this was because my mom is 91 and is hard for her to get around. I ask if she can make exception and still take her. She did not say yes or now, I was thinking she needs to ask somone, especially that she came out after the other people left and closed the door tgat no more people can walk in. We been there for 15 minuts, when finely different employee come out and tell me that they will not take my mom because everything is closed. I was in shock, why they had to wait for 15 minuts to tell me that, she walk next to me when closing the door. So unprofessional and no compassion for older lady. Never been in this placed and never will go again.

My experience at Quest was fantastic! Nicole Brown was my phlebotomist and she was outstanding! Great personality, happy and caring. I am a difficult draw usually but she knocked it out of the park. I will continue to use this Quest location and will request Nicole in the future. She is wonderful!

Been here twice and each time was a pleasant experience. Everybody is so friendly.
Especially the physician I saw today, Adrianna, she is beyond amazing with her work and personality.
