Lack of Effective Leadership and SupportI recently had the opportunity to work under the supervision of Maribeth Halloran at Quest diagnostics ( New Britain metro) and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my feedback in the hope that it will contribute to the improvement of the work environment.Throughout my time working with Maribeth I consistently encountered a lack of effective leadership and support.Maribeth displayed a lack of professionalism and respect towards team members. There were instances of belittling remarks, favoritism, and a failure to address conflicts or concerns within the team. This created a toxic work environment that impacted the overall well-being and job satisfaction of the team.I would like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of my colleagues, who consistently demonstrated professionalism and resilience despite the challenges posed by the supervisor's management style.Overall, my experience working under Maribeth Holloran was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration and that steps will be taken to address the issues raised.Please note that this review is based on my personal experience and observations during my time at Quest.

Tia, Bella, George, Nicole... all great people! Excellent phlebotomists with great "stick" skills.I have been quite pleased with the customer service and ease of use of this facility in New Britain.I've had to bring my children here for blood work along with personal use, and the people are friendly and quite knowledgeable, and really make things easy when you're going to get blood drawn, which is never a fun thing.Other than the waiting room needing to be more temperature-controlled, in the winter or summer... don't have any more substantive feedback, criticism.The blood draw rooms are clean and neat and very organized, and everyone is very helpful and friendly and really wants to make sure your stay as pleasant and relaxed.It pains me to see bad reviews bc it's juts people complaining about waiting. Quite frankly, the reviews are likely not fair and should be flagged.I highly recommend this location. I've even seen some of the people that were there the last time I stopped in, and they greeted me warmly and were happy to see me. I would personally refer and have said to people to go to this location to have their blood drawn.Great job all! Keep up the good work. ??

After going to Bristol and then not having appointments found a spot in new britain. The phlebotomist taking care of my 3 very scared kids did so good and was patient. Definitely will recommend this place.

Front desk lady seems more interested in making excuses and talking ish than doing her job. Whatever happened to common sense and decency? Being professional and not a miserable dodo bird. The incompetence is incredible. Saturday crew you suck.

Just wanted to say this was the easiest transaction. Got in and out in no time. Have to give the phlebotomist Kayla a glaring review I’ve had many sticks over the years and am not a stranger to some of the possible outcomes, but I was watching her, saw the needle go in but felt absolutely nothing. Pulling it out was also painless, this is where you usually get a good bruise but I didn't bleed a drop and absolutely no bruise. Will return and ask for her the next time i need blood drawn. Highly recommend this facility..

Just came back from this location. It used to be my favorite place with excellent service, but today totally different experience ! Checking in process for walk-in patients very confusing with multiple options that lead to the unsuccessful outcome.The checkin in tablet installed so low that people need to kneel to see the screen.The information on the tv screen was very confusing as well! Quest Diagnostic Company you need to improve the check in process and make it equal for all!

The phlebotomist was SO rude. She clearly didn’t want to be there and had a major attitude. I see that another woman commented the same scenario regarding the same phlebotomist. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Absolutely brain dead and don’t even know about the tests they offer that have been performed at their location. I’ve never met a more incompetent staff/phlebotomist. Go anywhere else!

Today I was there for almost an hour. And only 2 phlebotomists working. The waiting area was pack and also the whole way. Some people have an appointment others was walk in. They need to have more phlebotomists is not fair that patients have to wait up to an hour to get their labs done. In this place they are doing the same thing when they were located on Hart St! And one of the phlebotomists was taking so much time and trying to argument with patients about doctors orders. And nobody was disinfecting. Always they have someone but today it wasn't nobody.
