My phlebotomist was amazing. There were questions about my insurance covering the tests drawn. She took the time to call my PCP and work everything out. She also did a great draw!

My Son’s blood was drawn by Hilary at North mountain road….and she was very professional and had patience for the baby. Had previously not been able to get the baby’s blood work done at a different location

At the North Mountain site on the Plainville–New Britain line in Connecticut, they typically run right on schedule, especially in the early morning. While walk-ins are sometimes allowed, which can cause things to slow down around midday or early afternoon, overall the ability to get in and out is significantly better here than at two or three of the other facilities I’ve visited in the area.

It was so convenient to visit the Quest lab after my doctor's appointment in the same building, rather than making a separate trip. I signed in and booked an appointment time and I was called for the blood draw earlier. It was very quick and easy! Thank you!

Hillary was absolutely wonderful!!! She took the time to apply a warm compress before drawing blood from my hand as I was very anxious. I feel she went above and beyond to insure my comfort and this should be recognized and rewarded!!!! I have had a lot of blood draws and I have never encountered someone who treated me with as much care as Hillary did.

I liked the check-in with cellphone. I was called in within 5 minutes of appt time. Phlebotomist was pleasant as well as skilled esp with a challenging patient.

Made an appointment, and when I went there I was told Quest is not part of Hartford Healthcare and that they were closed, so I was given an appointment for no reason.
