I love the clothes at rainbow always have , however it seems lately it doesn’t matter what store you go to the workers are rude and awful !!!! The always speak in another language and stare at you talking about you. Never ask if u need help finding something nothing !! The New Britain store has gone downhill

They are racist in this store to black women. They make remarks so you can hear them rude as he'll. And they doing all that look cheap in there clothes bad makeup. They all need to be replace I'll never go back to that store. Bloomfield is more friendly and have the best clothing.

Asked for the dressing room. They said it was closed because it was too cold. ....??? I'm the one doing the undressing and I really don't mind. But I'm absolutely not purchasing a thing without trying it on before I leave the store. Turned around and left.

Rainbow, I used to love and be here every Friday to buy clothes for myself and my grandson. I asked the manager who's heavy. Who wears tight close if I could return the bras. If they didn't fit right, she said yes, I came in here tonight with the receipt and they didn't want to return them. So the manager that helped me that day said in Spanish. She's crazy, just return them. Not knowing that I speak Spanish. I'm a grown up these days and it saddens across the store and yell. Something like that about a customer just disrespectfu and embarrassing and I will not be back. I spend check here almost every Friday but will no longer be shopping at this store.

The clothes are nice however the workers are very rude and unprofessional. They make unnecessary comments about their customers and don't have manners. Other than that, the clothes are nice just not the service. I didn't like the 2 women at the front desk.
