Great experience. Jim took the stress out of the car search. He was extremely forthright and knowledgeable on the qualities of each vehicle I was looking at and answered questions with knowledge from his wealth of personal experience. I greatly appreciated the time and consideration I was shown. I wouldn't hesitate to come back then next time I'm in the market.

Great experience here buying a used truck. Got a fair price and customer service was great. Also their extended warranty was excellent. Had no problems with the process. Thumbs way up to Schaller Auto World they were great!

Was my first visit there. I had bought my 2021 plugin hybrid from a dealership in Buffalo but they gave me the first maintenance and oil change free. Josh was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I'm hoping my future visits would be as pleasant.

I was involved in an accident midway to my destination and my car was not drivable. Through GEICO AutoRepair XPress, I found Schaller Auto Body. Not being familiar with the area, I relied on reviews and wanted to be sure to post my own and gush about the quality of the repair work, their customer service, and their help through the entire process. First, they went out of their way to try to help me navigate the process with GEICO, and were proactive about getting my car off the tow lot - even more so than GEICO! They were very open and transparent about the repairs process, calling me to review my estimate and communicating clearly and promptly throughout the process. My car was completed on the scheduled release date, and the quality of the work was superb. Most of the front of my KIA Soul was replaced (including hood, grille, and bumper) and both looking at and driving my car, you would never guess it had been in an accident. The color matching was superb, and their inspection process was extremely thorough, ensuring that every detail of my car was repaired. The entire exterior was detailed and my car shined like it was brand new. If you're feeling nervous, as I was two states away while my car was being fixed, know you can trust Schaller!

Bought a used car. Came with a 60 day warranty. About 65 days in blew a headlight. HID headlight $150 and a pain to change. Was told I couldn't be helped and that my best option was to drive down and hope the service department would help. They didn't. They only deal with Hondas. If this is how they treat someone for a headlight imagine how they'll treat your braking system.
