I recently visited the TD Bank branch at 655 W Main Street in New Britain, CT, and was deeply disappointed by the service.  Despite their advertised “human hours” and commitment to customer convenience, the wait times were excessively long. It took an unreasonably long time to be served, and the staff seemed indifferent to the growing line of customers.

Worst bank in New Britain period. Employees have no initiative and lines go super slow employee let customer cut in front of me and just laughed this bank is a joke

Diana at the West Main Street Branch in New Britain was a huge help with all the concerns i had regarding closing of accounts. A recent family member passed away and she provided assistance over the past couple months to identify accounts and also to help rationalize all those accounts for closure. Her help was tremendous and really eased the account transitions. She was great !

Avoid this bank at all cost. They will make a tremendous amount n effort to make difficult to withdraw your own money. Extremely rude.Stay away find a different bank!!!!!

Diana Pagani is the best bank person I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with my debit card a few months back, not the banks fault. She made sure to fix everything for me and did everything she could to reassure me. Wish so much there were more people like her, what a special person, thank you.

Horrible customer service will never use or recommend was told I had to come back to open a account even after I explained that if I can't open a account I won't be able to deposit a check, so I can write one to the electric company and avoid having my power turned off. I will be the first to say that I was getting there close to closing I got there at 1:45 and they close at 2:00 on this particular day but come on it doesn't take to long to setup a basic checking account
