Courteous and good driver but he did not realize that I needed a different hotel location than where he dropped me off (2 of the same chain within a mile of each other). I unfortunately didn’t know because it was my first time here to Orlando. I gave him the name and address of where I was trying to go and still ended up at the wrong place. Wish I’d checked myself but phone was low battery so didn’t think it was worth using the remainder for it. Use their service with care!

I had reserved a private charter that was supposed to take place on July 27th, 2024 for my wedding. My company reached out on May 30th asking for an address. At this point, there was no communication that our charter was cancelled and we believed that everything was still booked.
It wasn't until June 25th, we were informed that the private charter division of the company was closed and that our private charter was cancelled, a month before our wedding. As you can imagine this was extremely frustrating and stressful to be informed a month before our wedding that we would need to secure new transportation for ourselves and for our guests.
The company shared that our deposit would be returned. We have not received our deposit back as of August 20th. We have been trying to connect with anyone at Town and Country Transportation for a months, with no response or assistance on when we can receive our deposit back.
I would not recommend using this company to anyone. Ever.

BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST COMPANYOne of their bus drivers hit me and ran away....the bus was full of kids.tried reaching out 10 times and no one bothered calling back ever. I am currently filing a small claim against them

Van 124 is an awful driver, it's insane to know they're transporting children for schools. Van 124 cut me off today and then was clearly making negative hand gestures to me. To think there were children in the van is crazy. I could only imagine the words they were using in front of the children that were in the van. I would be careful who you left transport your children to school with this company

Town & Country was amazing to work with for our wedding shuttle service. They had excellent communication, competitive pricing, and went above and beyond to make the experience amazing. Everything went so smooth and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience for my daughters wedding. First transporting our about 30 family members from Massachusetts to Brooklyn, NY. Then in transporting all guests from two hotels to the church. Then in making hotel runs at the end of the night. Danielle did a great job coordinating every detail, made a gift bag, and included fun facts about my daughter and son in law. My experience was great!

This is the most unprofessional bus line i have ever seen. I am a truck driver of almost 30 years. I was traveling this morning across I-90 in New York and i didn't get the bus # but it was between exits 29 and 31 going west. The driver would get right up close to a vehicle in front of him whether it was a truck or a passenger car and then whip into the next lane and never once use his directional light. He caused several people to slam on their brakes because no one knew that he was coming over because he failed to use a directional light. Whoever was the operator of that bus really needs to be relieved of his/her duties. This happened this morning July 21st 2018 between 10:00 and 10:30 am. I really hope that you take this serious. That driver is going to seriously injure many people or take the lives of many innocent people

If I could give one star, I would. Almost ruined my brothers wedding few months ago. Bus driver was threatening to leave without anyone on the bus. Unprofessional staff.
