“I didn't expect to give them a 5 star, but their truck stopped on our hilly street and delivered them on our long gravel driveway and picked them up. Without getting wordy, the uboxes were stored for 6 months and the contents were dry and undamaged when we unloaded them 1800 miles later. No issues whatsoever.....I hope future moves go this well. Shipping price was as quoted...Thanks UHaul.......Andy”
“Rente a rock hound, picked it up at 7 am. It was ready. Around 1pm it blew an O ring. We called. I walked across the street to do something was gone a total 10 mins. When I walked back, the service guy was already cleaning up. That's fast. Thank you guys”

We were in need of a rental truck for immediate service and Carter was able to expedite our entry given the circumstances to get us a rental within minimal time. His service was great and his attitude was extremely friendly throughout the entire process, and I would recommend working with him if he is available!”
“This is a giantic U-Haul facility. It's clean and neat.
There is a clean bathroom here.
A worker who was helping seemed a little irritated at the beginning. She was eating when we approached the desk. We did say that we weren't in a rush and asked to please finish eating, but she decided to take care of us first.
Overall, it was a normal experience.

“The location and equipment were great! Unfortunately the after hours drop off process online was very inconvenient. The app/website did not have my reservation information I had to call into customer service and sit in the vehicle for almost 30 mins waiting. When I finally thought I was all set, the pictures would not upload. I had to take the pictures over several times before they were accepted. An easy process took almost an hour to complete. This was my only issue. Hopefully this can be resolved so it doesn’t happen to future patrons.”

“I had a great experience renting from Penske. I had a 1,000 mile trip across the country, with this location as my drop off. The 16 ft truck was a 2023 in great condition, and it drove well. I had no issues with dropping off. Haley was kind, professional, and efficient. After issues with other companies, I will only be renting trucks from Penske from now on. Their fleet, employee fairness, and prices are ideal.”

It trailers the car behind it beautifully and it is easy to see the trailer wheels in the mirror. A much better ride too, and more power.
