Worst experience of my life! They took my reservation for me to pick up in town. The day I'm ready to move they want me to pick up truck 30 miles away! They wouldn't compromise at all! I ended up having to go elsewhere! I will NEVER use them again!

I don't typically leave reviews but I have a problem with calling an establishment and there being no answer especially over the course of 2 hours multiple phone to hear recording telling that they're open 7 days a week but apparently Care less about assisting customers attempting to get work done and calling to verify pricing. Rather not waste my time to go and experience the lack of care in person, take your money elsewhere!

DO NOT INSTALL HITCH HERE. When installing hitch on my car, they damaged wiring for one of my sensors. Took car back to have them fix as part of installation warranty, and they damaged wiring to my turn signals.

Make sure if you have the rent from them and you check every part of this vehicle. Including the inside roof and the top of the truck. They charged me $400 extra and never told me. When I called they said there was a hole in the roof and there’s a patch on top they don’t use. So they assumed it was us. we didn’t do anything to this truck so it had to be the people before us and they didn’t check it thoroughly enough. And because we went a long distance, they they checked on the truck thoroughly. It would’ve been one thing if we accidentally made a hole in the roof we would’ve gladly pay for it. But when they said that we patched the roof over the hole, we knew we did not do that. You can’t even fight it. What they say is final.

Overall experience was fine. Filled up gas at the end based on estimated gas used. Was within the original 1/16th tick mark of the tank and still got charged. If UHAUL is planning to be this accurate when measuring at the end, provide a more precise tool for estimating.

I went to the U-Haul on west main St.Staff was very friendly. I didn't have any problems at all with my reservation, pick up or drop off.

I didn't expect to give them a 5 star, but their truck stopped on our hilly street and delivered them on our long gravel driveway and picked them up. Without getting wordy, the uboxes were stored for 6 months and the contents were dry and undamaged when we unloaded them 1800 miles later. No issues whatsoever.....I hope future moves go this well. Shipping price was as quoted...Thanks UHaul.......Andy
