“Came in here for a transaction and the teller was very friendly. The line also wasn't crazy long and they have free blank check registers out here, which will come in handy for me. Oh, and they have Dum Dum suckers out at the teller's section!!! I love those so this made my day even better.”

“That store has the most unfriendly workers, they always look like someone stole their puppy. I said hello the the girl at the self checkout and she just looked at me with blank robotic stare it was quite uncomfortable. I just moved to the area and where I am from ( Stamford) everyone is so friendly. Is it maybe Im too friendly coming from the hospitality business and expect everyone to say hello or even smile? Nah, I dont think so they just look miserable. I rather drive out my way then come to this store again.”

“We stopped at this Dunkin recently on our way home to Massachusetts. Food and service were great. More importantly, we arrived home to our phone ringing it was this Dunkin calling me because they found my wallet in the bathroom! We were three hours away! My son called back, spoke with Alan who agreed to mail my wallet home, free of charge, just asking us to "pay it forward". Little did Alan know, my husband was just released from a 3 week unexpected emergency ICU stay including 2 surgeries and we were finally going home. I can't thank Alan enough for this huge act of kindness. There really are amazing people in this world! I will absolutely pay it forward. Talk about fantastic customer service”
