“I have only lived in West Simsbury for about 8 months, but every interaction I have had with either the Post Office or mail carrier has been great. Going into the post office, they have always been super helpful. My mail carrier is awesome. He doesn't try to stuff items in my mailbox.”
“Same old USPS. Employees here are always nice to me and I never had any problems. I even had one of them help me get my packages when I was shipping alot of stuff out.”

“Went there with my daughter for a passport appointment. Quick, great service, and seamless! I went to the Avon USPS and they canceled my appointment without calling. At this location, their photo services were down but they called me to let me know with plenty of time for me to go to the CVS across the street beforehand. This is definitely my go to USPS from now on!”
