“The Postal Service finally replaced that lazy worker. The young lady that I have seen working there as of late, is very nice. I saw this new employee cleaning opening the blinds it looks like a totally different place. It smells really clean in there as well, no more nasty stink. Wow what a big difference very happy.”

“Every time I've have been to this post office everyone has been so kind, efficient, and helpful. Specifically TAI and SUSAN are awesome. Tai just spent 15 min with me telling me all the ways he could save me money shipping things all over the country. Seriously what more could you ask for from an establishment!? PRO TIP: If you're nice to people that are doing you a service they typically respond a lot better and do their job faster. A smile goes a LONG way ;)”
“This postal office is generally pretty busy.
The customer service here is very good. I don't know why there aren't more employees up front when the line is long. But even the postmaster will come and help on some occasions.
They offer passport services here. And they have post office boxes for those who need them.
The next closest post offices are in Litchfield and Harwinton. Both are about 7 to 8 mile's away.”

“Went there with my daughter for a passport appointment. Quick, great service, and seamless! I went to the Avon USPS and they canceled my appointment without calling. At this location, their photo services were down but they called me to let me know with plenty of time for me to go to the CVS across the street beforehand. This is definitely my go to USPS from now on!”

“My favorite and preferred post office to use. All three workers there are nice and funny. They greet me by name and ask how everything is going- every time. Sometimes it gets hectic but they handle it with ease. I oftentimes arrive with several large bags of packages that need to be scanned in and they take the time to do each one. Never had any issues or complaints. Will return always :)”
