3:51 this place is not open. I just walked here because any other time I would've just driven here but my car in the shop and I'm standing out here because these guys are literally suppose to be open at this time. It's says 24 7. What's there excuse they refuse to work??? Lights on and everything I swear they are losing more money since I'm standing here look like an idiot.

Worst experience ever in a 7/11.
I would not eat anything that is cooked they have people who need to take food handling class. 101 of what Todo at a business and not Todo . For starters
To the owner don't let your employees get on top of the counter with there sneakers and coffee area to clean anything and then the employee not want to clean or disinfect the area after being confronted by customers with big concerns about what they saw. To see your employee walking on top of your counters were customers put there food and drinks
With sneakers that go into the bathroom and on the streets
Might have feces
Urine from bathroom spit
Snots
Could not believe what I witnesses and others from the community
How dare your Associatie
Do this to our American citizens with no remorse or respect for you and the families that come to your business. To do this to our American brothers and sisters in our faces without thinking we wouldn't have nothing to say and condone this behavior and disrespect and not say a thing and keep our mouths close. I hope this employee gets a valuable lesson of American standards. The nerve and recklessness of this individual.

I received a faulty product, and they refused to replace it, and the man smiled like "oh well". Poor customer service means I won't stop here again.

Beware of their bottle deposit fee. Not sure if this was a glitch in their system or if something shady going on, but we bought a regular bottle of Dr. Pepper for $2.69 and the bottle deposit fee was $1.20. What?? CT bottle fee is 5 cents. We asked the cashier to correct it and she wouldn’t/couldn’t, that’s what it was ringing up as. Very strange, make sure that’s not happening to your sodas here…
