My sessions varied depending on what I needed and were tailored to my needs at the time. I did Pilates, kickboxing, strength training, and cardio. I'm armed to work out better on my own and know what it takes to keep my strength at my desired level.

My trainers were amazing. They made me realize my strengths and weaknesses and helped me curtail my exercise program to address them. They had vast knowledge of proper form and nutrition. They were a blast to work with.
