Best part about this Apple Store is the easy parking location right across the street. It's paid parking two dollars for an hour. Well worth it considering what some of the garage is charged in the city.

The most unfriendly, unhelpful staff I ever came across in any apple store in the world.

I had the absolute best experience at the Apple Store thanks to Holly, Howard, Jon, Henry, and Trevor. What could’ve been a frustrating 4+ hour wait turned into such a warm and genuinely pleasant experience because of their kindness, patience, and customer-first energy. Each one of them went above and beyond to make sure I felt seen, supported, and informed every step of the way.
While I was waiting, I couldn’t help but notice how they interacted with other customers, and let me just say, true customer service is not dead. From reminding folks about Belkin warranties to explaining AppleCare bundles and offering clear, helpful updates, their consistency and care were truly chef’s kiss.
It’s rare to see a team operate with such seamless communication, empathy, and professionalism, especially in such a busy environment. They made the store feel less like a tech hub and more like a community space where people are genuinely cared for.
If and when I need Apple support again, this will absolutely be my home store.
Jon, Henry, Holly, Howard, and Trevor, if you’re reading this, thank you again for making my day (and my long wait).

I went to this store to purchase an item, when we got there nobody acknowledged us, I had to go to ask the staff for help almost 3 different times, one of this three times I was literally ignored by the employee. Apple need to get better hires or trained them way better.

Make an appointment. And WAIT. Get ready to WAIT WAIT WAIT!!! Longer than your doctors office, longer than a meet and greet at your favorite concert. APPLE SUCKS. They never care about customer service and put on a smile for being LATE and making you WAIT. Sorry I got stuff to do, I don’t have two hours to exchange my phone for a new one. Buying something ??? Forget about it. Took me an HOUR to buy AIRPODS also. Apple has gone down the drain from their minor phone updates to poor customer service.

Don't go here. Rude staff. I own all apple products. Stopped by to look at few things quickly. First of all, unlike SF or NYC NOONE approached us at all, the whole time we were there. Then, my husband picks up one of the products and he gets screamed at like a child by one of the staff (Jose). There was no sign that said don't pick up the product or anyone nearby to guide the experience. I suspect that the people at this store are racist and they thought we must be townies and ignored / yelled at us. They only cater to Yale students I guess. They don't know that I also work at Yale. Shame on them that they treat people this way.

I’m writing on behalf of my BF who went to the apple store and was pretty much in a way got put down and then not even fully helped. He went in to buy two charging cables and some AirPods, during his appointment the associate looked at his phone and said I can find you a new case only to proceed to tell him that they didn't have cases for iPhones that old. Fine okay ouch we get it Apple you release the same exact phone every year and expect us to upgrade for another 2000 dollars like some crazy Ponzi scheme, honest mistake whatever but then paying $130 for some headphones all while not including a charger… fine apple you win again make us pay a ridiculous price for a product you made in some largely less expensive country while your margins are likely well over +60% BUT then having the employee not mention that you need to buy it separately whilst knowing that you likely don’t have the latest charger that apple changes year over year to again get you where the sun don’t shine so you’ve essentially wasted your time, money, dignity, and actual medulla. Make it make sense.

Worst store experience!! There is no use of having that many staff!!! No one knows how to treat customers.. Taking too long to know what the issue is . If there is 10 customers the staff count is 15 but no use.

In town to run the Faxon Law Half Marathon tomorrow and happened to stop in the Apple Store while walking around (there’s not one super close to where I live) to see if they could fix my AirPods that were being static-y. Gentleman said yes, they’d run a diagnostic and if it was under warranty, replace them, and if not, I could swap them for $30. Sounded great and I even asked again and he confirmed. He told me I didn’t need an appt to come back. After walking another mile to exchange them (they were back in the hotel), I get back to the store, need to wait 20min for an appt, they couldn’t run the diagnostics, and it was $90/per AirPod to replace them. They’re not the newest version, no trade in value, nothing towards upgrading, only equal purchase. So basically buy a new pair (and keep my case … if that part was working). Spoke to the manager, who did nothing. Make sure your employees know what they’re talking about or don’t say anything. Felt like an absolute bait & switch. I wouldn’t be annoyed had I been told the truth from the beginning - it’s the bait and switch that is the issue.
