“Start Bank is one of those rare places that lives up to it's name as a "community bank." The staff know who I am and are always helpful. They are also well trained and knowledgeable. Bank policies are transparent. My checking account is free, and they have no hidden fees like I've experienced at other banks. Because they are a small bank, there is only one location and they don't have ATMs all over the place. So I just plan to do my banking when I am in that part of town. The trade off is well worth it.”

“Not sure why this place has such bad reviews.... I came in the other day and Elea was extremely helpful. I had my wallet stolen and needed a replacement card and she ordered me another and informed me that I could bring in my mew updated ID into the bank location so no one could use my old card and ID to access my account which I didn't even know was possible. So.... I guess this review is more about her excellent customer service than the branch itself. She was excellent!!”
