Thank you to the gentleman working today 10/31 (didn’t catch his name 😣) - the vacuum I tried didn’t work well and he quickly turned on another vacuum for me. Also I really like self-serve car washes and there seem to be so few around so I appreciate that they have bays where you can wash the car yourself. 🙂

Absolutely disappointed and almost feel got after paying for the premium touch less wash and my car still soaking wet the dryer did absolutely nothing and the wash was horrible this is BS I’ll never use this place again 18$ for the machine to throw water at my car 😑

the soft touch car wash DOES NOT accept amex for whatever reason, i tried inserting the card over 10 times and it keeps saying please remove and insert card.

Very RUDE employees, most unhelpful
man I have ever experienced! Go over to Splash Carwash 215 Saltonstall Pkwy, East Haven. I paid $21.95 for the works! I can return for the same wash as many times as I like within the next 30 days and there will be NO charge! It will be FREE!! The employees were so friendly and helpful. Tylor assisted us, he was fantastic!!! Go see him and experience exceptional customer service.

I did not leave a comment YET cuz I want to explain how your lovely car wash payment system took my money and did not start. And, I recorded a video of this. Also, from my experience in this state, most business owners deny and pass the buck when their goods or services are defective.
I had this same issue with Budget Car Wash (on Boston Post Rd), and the owner was one of the first business owners here who gave me a refund for the free money they got from me. I wash my vehicle every week. I generally use 24-hour car washes, and Buggy's was the place I've been going to until now.

When you do business with a place that Iong your bound to have a situation now n then. Well, after 40 something yrs. it FINALLY happened .
