If I could give zero stars I would . This was my second experience my first time didn’t go so well it was my birthday and I needed a last minute appointment so it was convenient for me , The nail lady asked me did I want gel acrylic or regular I proceeded to tell her 3 times I wanted regular she completely ignored me and did as she wanted and charged me for what should have been $45 nails and happened to be 85$ when I confronted her and told me next time she’ll do regular . Second time I went was may 25th 2025 the man yelled at me because he used a blue tinted clear polish on my nails and tried to blame me for it mind you I had a very pastel greenish blue there was no way my polish could have made that any darker so I let him finish and told him he should be happy I’m not making him fix the nails he failed to shape evenly and my toe nails weren’t blended with the acrylic i have on my toes the polish cracked .I then paid and sat in my car and cried. fast forward to today July 28th 2025 I soaked off my nails and my index finger has fungus . This has never happened to me before and iv had nails on longer then 2-3 months . I’m very disappointed in this establishment. (Between then and now I went to my normal nail tech ).

I came to get a pedicure an old lady who was taking care of mine I heard her name is AMY, at first she was ok but later10 mins she was doing my feet she started to grumpy and complain by using her language with another worker, it supposed about my foot I asked her whats matter. Still, she she didn't say anything, very rude. I let her finish and get out there asap. I tried to come talk with manager who is old guy at front desk, but he said it wasnt a big deal, he tried to defend that old lady. Whatever I never come back
I still gave her a tip well, even though it doesn't worth her worst work!!!!!!!

I used to like to get my pedicure done here but now it’s more about the quantity rather than the quality. My pedicure lasted barely 15 minutes and my feet still feel like before I went. They wet my feet instead of soaking and she did not scrub at all. I used to get a quick foot and calf massage. Lava stone massage and heated towel on my lower legs but none of that was done. I strongly doubt I will comeback. I was looking for a good relaxing half hour and I got nothing I listed above. In addition, my daughter got her nails done and not only it took forever, but the lady who did her nails did a messy job and the design she wanted was completely different. We wasted $100 today and I’m so frustrated. Vinny was the best nail tech but since they had that beautiful baby, he doesn’t work much and to get an appointment with him is nearly impossible

Always a great experience they are very warm and their work is very thorough and beautiful and Jo Jo does the best lashes ever

The products they use are so bad that I don’t even do dishes or chores. I work typing in a computer on a desk all day and still a manicure from here lasts me half a week. Whenever I go to an IG nail artist, my nails last me 3 weeks tops

Sophie at Cindy nails is very rude she did a horrible job on my nails I had to return twice within 2 days after receiving a gel set , I was told it was my fault and not to ask for her again , I told the owner who spoke in her language to Sophie, but she did absolutely nothing about it , I do not recommend this place ! Ps the tech is pictured below my review

The lady messed up on my nails, tried to blame me and the owner said its the color that is hard to dry. Then gonna ask me to come back the next day to fix it. The nail tech was super rude and over charged me. I just called to see how much it was for what I got and the said 15 dollars less than what I was charged. Cindy herself is polite, but her staff has no customer service, thank God I was on the clock. Also they are the last resort place to go , when everywhere else is booked, then you go there.

Got worst set of nails I have ever gotten in my life and they didn’t even see anything wrong with them which is the sad part- nail polish all on my skin, uneven, and didn’t fill down to the cuticle. And on top of it they were such a rip off. Charged me $40 for a full set with gel polish- charged my mom $45 for just gel polish on her natural nails, no mani- didn’t soak or cut cuticles literally just painted them. should’ve never gone back there after the last time I went which was years ago when I got a pedicure and had gotten an infection in both of my big toes and had to go on antibiotics. It was just so ridiculous I wanted a refund and asked and they got so nasty with me so I gave an attitude back and another customer got up and came at me. One of the girls had to get in between us to prevent this random crazy lady from going at me because “I ruined her service” GHETTO east haven trash!!! If you want to get a good service definitely seek elsewhere this is NOT the place to go if you want a clean and presentable set of nails!Services: Nail polish changes
