I signed up for a free phone . But got delayed in picking up once ready . Then I came to pick up but was told manager took my phone home hmm very strange. Worker in store Called enrollment government company saying canceling phone then all set . Latter I called myself they said nobody ever called to cancel big scammers. They offer a free phone they say got denied then they sell the phone for 20$ out front or wherever. They steal your identity and use your benefits to get phones to hawk !!! Big scam beware BEWARE BEWARE BREARE !!!! Run they are total scammers rip offs . They lie right to your face and rob you blind . They are being investigated and prosecuted shortly theft of government funds from innocent poor victims.

Just have to say my guy Alexis is very informed and trust worthy I got my kids on a cricket plans and I have to say I'm pleased with the customer service I was given and treated well .I have to say the extra drive was worth it as I'm closer to there other location. The neighborhood is sketchy but I noticed the local respect the guys in the store and I felt safe at all times. Great experience

The girl at the front desk on Church St was seriously rude and disrespectful, cutting me off mid-sentence. Wanted to add a new line, and she was gonna hit me with about a $95 charge! But then I swung by Grand Ave and met Edwin, who was an absolute legend in his assistance. Patient, helpful, and he even waived the activation fee. Ended up grabbing a screen protector too, but still spent less than 50 bucks in total. Big shoutout to Edwin for his outstanding assistance! If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ to Edwin and his wonderful assistance, I would.

Great customer service! Affordable prices for plan rates! Also they have good solutions specialist to help you in both languages English and Spanish!! I have if I could 6 beyond stars!!!!
Tremendous customer service! Prices and plans accessible for all budgets! In addition, they have customer service specialists in both languages, both English and Spanish!!! I definitely recommend them and would give them 6 stars if I could for such excellent service!!!!!
