Starting to believe this location is a part of a social experiment there is no way that is a legitimate CVS store this is the only location that I’ve ever witnessed such lack of decorum and human decency. I completely understand that this location is smack in the center of all types of activity I’m sure they encounter many different types of individuals as well as scenarios on a daily basis with that being said it sounds like it would be ideal to employ those that have experience with such environments and that can still handle themselves with grace.
I’m still leaving this review based on an experience that was had this evening I had coupons to use I just completed work I’m within a short walking distance and walked in the store at 7:45 PM I was in the Easter section deciding between two different colored bunnies upon making a selection I was walking up to the cashier I hear one of the individuals explain why are we still letting people into the store but very nasty for the very horrible tone and attitude And at this time the clock showed 7:53 PM with the store to close at 8 PM at that time at two individuals have walked into the store it looks like with a package and the young lady continue to exclaim almost to the security guard as to why the door wasn’t locked so she proceeded to go lock the door so I ultimately walked back to aisle to place my things back and I said I’m going bring my business elsewhere and then the associate agreed that it was the demeanor about in which their colleague was speaking there’s one thing to have an inner thought it’s another one to exclaim it at this time there were probably three people in the store all at the checkout there should be no reason why we’re turning people away at 7:53 PM that are at the checkout line if you don’t want to work the closing shift talk to your manager. I had just complete completed work and after having a pretty great day to walk in and have a less than positive interaction this is behavior I would expect at a Walmart not a CVS

I wish I can give a zero star. My son was just there and the cashier had an attitude . So when he said she needed to stop the attitude he yelled out words that I can’t even write here. I encouraged corporate to look at the video and fire her!

It's on the green, so I guess it's normal for people who are under the influence on drugs to cause a scene every once in a while. I don't blame CVS for that. The staff are okay. The big complaint I have is the fact that the doors have been closed before 8:00 PM. Please keep doors open until 8:00 PM.

Didn't let my friend with chronic bladder disease use the restroom saying that it was not open for public. The worst CVS possible.

I just think that the location is very overpriced. But besides that it’s a very nice pharmacy. The pharmacist there he was very polite and so were the other girls there….

Please check and see if the ATM has a card skimmer on it. I only used 3 ATM’s all month and my EBT card info was stolen, so it may be this one. Be safe, everybody

CVS and pharmacies in america are on the decline, and this particular CVS is a perfect test stufy for how bad things have gotten. A couple things:
-One time when a cashier was angry at me for being a customer, she rang me up for items i hadn’t selected to purchase. I suddenly was charged for shampoo i didn’t ask for and wasn’t even among my items.
-If they tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time it will never be available at the time. At best you’ll have to wait until your second trip after the time and date they told you to even have a chance of it being ready for pickup.
-All the items in the store are locked behind glass. Never an employee available to open them.
-Managers abuse the few employees they do have right in front of customers.

Both pharmacists are lazy, said they couldn’t fill my prescription because it takes 30 minutes and they close in 29. I explained I wouldn’t have my medication for days and they could not care less. Did not offer me any help with moving my prescriptions elsewhere, horrible customer service. Apathy is an insane characteristic for a healthcare worker, literally where do you find these people

😭😭 i just bought a deodorant that is supposed to be locked behind the glass and it was used, i got home and i found hair on the deodorant bar 😞😓 i wish i live close to go return this, so nasty
