The young blond girl that works the pharmacy hides people’s medication, they were psych meds that were ready and she stuffed them behind the computer monitor and when I pointed them out to the guy she ran over and snatched them trying to hind the fact she hid the prescription from 10am to 2:30 if I never went in she wouldn’t never let me get them. I’ve never seen someone do something so outlandish and pathetic and also illegal.

Any place where I have to ask a clerk to unlock a shelf just to get deodorant gets a 1 star from me. You either trust the consumer and provide a good service, or you lock things up, assume your customers are all criminals and take time out of our and your employees day for basic necessities. Do better. No one wants to shop somewhere they feel unwelcome

First I would like to give a compliment to the female pharmacist who was working on this day she did her job very well. Now the new assistant who helps at the pharmacy he was not only rude but unprofessional basically saying my prescription medication loud enough for the whole line behind me to hear, it was only two people on the line but still very unprofessional. My medication is no one's business. After repeatedly telling him my birthday he got it wrong then got an attitude with me. I also asked him if the medication is not their how do I find out how to get it. Go to customer service I don't deal with that I only can see what medication is already filled. Ok I went to customer service and met the pharmacist she must have over heard she was with in three feet of our interaction she took care of me right away and informed me the other guy was new and repeatedly apologize for his unprofessional behavior and him breaking HIPPA laws by saying my Medications so loudly on purpose. Now to only go to the front of the store after finish shopping for a few things to come across another employee with unprofessional behavior and attitude. Unbelievable!!! but I am very proud of myself for my keeping professional responses and continuing to enjoy my beautiful blessed day.
Today 1/28/2025 I'm here on a new day and the staff is so rude standing in the consultation line the lady on the phone after a 7 minute call she takes another one then another one so I just breathe and walk away...I go to the front the girl behind the register seems so tried I'm asking her a question she seems so tried i can hardly hear her voice i have to lean in and ask her again...then she gets on the phone to call someone about it but never says anything to me...a white man walks up I step back I can hear her loud and clear no sleepiness very courteous in providing service....thats my last time at that store...oh I forgot I will only use the drive thru until I have my meds changed to a different location..I so done with this place

I pulled up to the store and they were closed. 10 minutes to the hour they were closed. This isn't the first time and that's where my issue is. If the store doesn't close until 10, customers should be able to have access until the hour that the store closes. Doing this every night is a sure way to lose customers. I'm sure the owners are not aware of this nonsense.

I had good experiences at cvs, when entering its always clean, the shielfs are always fully stocked offering an array of items not just pharmaceutical. The manager greets as many people as he can, with a delightful ? and conversation if needed.. his staff is well trained and know their jobs. It's delightful to visit this cvs , I enjoy it every time I visit.

The pharmacy should really be open an additional hour since the entire pharmacy staff, apparently, has to take a lunch at the same time in th middle of the day. I don’t think 8pm is unreasonable to stay open until so people don’t have to brake their necks to get there to get their prescriptions.

I go to CVS at 1150 Whalley Ave in New Haven all the time. I was followed around by a man who obviously work there. I asked him why he’s following me after about 5 minutes then he asked do I need help. Once I said no and asked why was he following he stated I’m doing good customer service. I get my prescription here and go to this location probably once a week. I was so annoyed I put everything down and walked out. I will never go there again. Yep, I called corporate to complain too. Tired of spending money with these racist people.

We've probably had 30+ transactions at the pharmacy, and I have to say they are unfailingly helpful and polite. Our prescriptions are ready promptly, they always notify about interactions, they are courteous, they go out of their way if you're having a question with insurance, and the autorefill process goes more smoothly than it did with our old pharmacy. Plus, the hours are decent and the drive through line actually moves. No place is perfect, but given the number of people they are helping, and how stressful the job is, I think they've been great.
