If a store is supposed to be open until 9 the doors stay open and unlocked until 9. I cannot stand a store that says they’re open until xyz but really close at w.

I just recently visited this store and was very upset and disappointed. I overheard one of the staff members ( a white woman with red hair) use the N word multiple times. As a black woman I find this offensive and unacceptable.
I will not be shopping at this store if that is what is tolerated from the staff. Language like that lets me know I AM NOT WELCOME THERE!!!

What's not to like about dollar tree. Cheap, usable stuff but you still end up spending more than you wanted.

Customer service is terrible here, everytime I go in this store, no one greets me, no one asks if they can help me. Yesterday I wanted to buy some balloons for a birthday party and my son and I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help us, so I asked an employee for help and he said it wasn't his job and he didn't know where anyone was. I left the store without the balloons and went to Family Dollar and they were amazing.

Listen I’ve been shopping a lot of dollar trees lately since my mom moved in with me and for some reason they always only have 1 cashier….. today we had the best cashier (Johnathan) he was fast and friendly which says a lot for the dollar tree. Keep Johnathan he is great!!!
