I got work from these clowns a while back and forgot to leave a review. They supposedly ordered a new bumper ($$) for my car and installed, a few weeks later the dent that was supposedly taken care of reappeared. So it looks like they didn't order a new bumper at all just fixed what was there and then it concaved again. Unfortunately i had moved to FL and wasn't in town anymore to go back. Can't stand these losers.

They came in with a very reasonable estimate and saved my car from being totaled. High quality work and paint blending. I would recommend and use again, if the need arises.

I definitely would recommend Gillette Auto Body, excellent service, professional, very helpful. Jerry helped me with my new 2023 Honda Accord Sport my car had bumper & fender damage he gave me an estimate had the work done there, he had the car ready for me in 3-days, you would never know I had damage on bumper & fender. I am so pleased with the work & also dealing with Barbara she is awesome very helpful, professional and pleasant. I definitely would recommend Gillette Auto Body My location is North Haven, CT

I regret the previous review I gave them. This is the worst place to go. I brought my car after an accident and supposedly they fixed everything. I went to my dealer ship for a regular maintenance and they told me about miss align hood, missing clips, air duck broken that they glued instead of replacing it and wrong antifreeze. A week after I had a little incident and I brought my car to other shop and they noticed right away the sloppy job they did. Missed align hood, broken fog lights and brackets, cables getting melted because they did not cover them and if I keep go on adding everything they found wrong I will need like 2 pages. Unfortunately I had to complain to my car's insurance and they came to look at my car and they were amazed themselves the way these people gave my car back to me. My car had to stayed in this other shop for 8 days for them to fix these shop mess-up work. Keep away from these shop. When you look at your car outside it looks nice but in the inside they cover all the bad work that they do. Not a good body shop at all. Do not go there if you want a good work done in your car. I had to give them one star because otherwise it doesn't let me post my review, but they do not deserve any star at all.Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit by a reckless driver. Searching for a repair shop was a major hassle. I was able to get an appointment within 1-2 business days for repair. I must say, this was by far the BEST collision service ever. They kept me in the know every step of the way and did an exceptional paint job. You would have never thought the paint was blended as it looks as if the entire car was painted! I definitely plan to use their service again!
