“Ok” cleaned. I paid for five star, $36.50. Includes rims cleaned and interior cleaned. This is what I got! I couldn’t believe they left the rims like this and the inside, a wet rag would have taken off that dust.

The waiting time for wash #5 is totally ridiculous (2 hours). Having one of the most expensive washes, it seems that the person in charge of distributing the staff to finish the wash, serves his friends first. Or maybe not all customers are to his liking. I politely informed the person in charge of this situation, but he still continued to give preference to his possibly friends. Although unfortunately I already renewed my membership, I will look for another place where the service is the same for everyone.

It's been about 2 hours since I pick up my car and now that I'm installing the seat covers of my car I see that it's almost in the same way that I left it... 6 years that I've taken my 2 cars to wash in this position and I've never had any complaint because they've always done a good job so I've recommended my friends to go there, in these last two times I've gone they haven't done a good cleaning... and I always pay for the full service #5... they pass the air gun a little and not even the mats bother to remove them and that the interior of my car is plastic

Great service, very thorough with cleaning the windows and the inside of the SUV, and they do it in a time matter that's not rushed or dragged out. I will go back again, I've been thier multiple times already, actually I'm gonna go right now, it rained for a whole night and most of the morning, so I went threw puddles and my SUV has leaves all over the roof now. See you there.
