I would have given 0 stars if I could. My coworker and I were renting a car for a work trip. They refused to rent the car we chose to us for no reason and they said we have another car and the price would be the same. We figured okay no big dealOur confirmation stated the total cost would have been $120. When we got there it came to over $300 with no reason as to why and the girl at the desk was incredibly condescending when we asked. The car was also dirty, there were stains on the seats and ashes in the car. So upon letting them know of these issues and asking them why the price was different they let us know they voided our contract instead of helping us or giving any of us decent customer service.we also asked for a confirmation email, receipt, anything confirming the void and she just said no I’m not giving you that. I hope she didn’t just scam us. It was the most unprofessional expierence I’ve ever received dealing with hertz. We ended up going to enterprise and got an upgrade after explaining what happened with hertz. I’m astonished this hertz treated us this way.

This place is a joke. You tried to reserve online and it tells you it’s $186 and then when you go to pay it jumps up to $450. I’ve tried to do this over and over again and each time it’s a different price but somehow magically jumps up hundreds of dollars. For me, that’s a classic bait and switch. I’ve heard from several people at various car counters don’t trust hertz. They have a terrible reputation in the car community due to things like this, and here is just one more example of why I would avoid them.

don’t bother. rent from Avis at the train station. First, you have to walk from the train station to this location. They said you “can call the dedicated line” for a ride but they don’t answer the phone. Then I waited for 25 minutes for them to get a car ready. Seriously, don’t waste your time the Avis is much better.

Absolutely terrible. Pick up the damn phone. I tried calling 15 times phone just rings and rings and rings. Its like they have it off the connection, what kind of business is this they need to shut this place down just look at all the reviews. Customer service is atrocious , rude staff. Hertz come give these people a refresher or just hire a whole new crew.

Worst customer service. If someone is new to this place they don’t even care to explain how everything works and they simply charge extra. Don’t trust this person I will simply add insurance without asking without explaining what kind of insurance they got and about tolls I got bill of 300$ change when I ask them they simply telling call customer service. I rent cars very frequently I had almost 6-8 rentals from this location. Every time I rent I had worst experience. There is one old lady she is the only person who cares about customers and rest of them are all ways in Phone. I even raised a complaint on this location but Hertz doesn’t care about my complaint.

Made a reservation through Expedia. Came in the building and got no acknowledgment. About 10 minutes later one of the 3 ladies finally tries to service me.. I already know what I have to pay but the worker tells me I need a credit card instead of a debit because it hasn’t been more than 24 hours.. ok fine. I’m then told I need a $500 deposit on top of what I have to pay for Tesla. No problem… I’m then told they don’t have the Tesla so they can’t give to me… so instead they try to offer me a full size gas car and for the same price! Unbelievable. How do I reserve a car and it’s not reserved?????? Very disappointed. Workers were also giving another customer a hard time after he simply asked for a receipt. They then proceed to talk about the customer in front of him because he doesn’t speak English well. He takes a picture of one them so he can remember who to complain about. They then continue to gossip and say he only took a picture because she was cute. And she wasn’t….. Some funny business going on here with very ghetto workers. Be careful!!!

Do not expect the car to be clean. They don’t bother doing any cleaning after getting the car back from a client. This is the condition i received my rental in.I also still haven’t received my $50 REFUNDABLE deposit back. Matter of fact they charged another $112 on my card even though the desk lady assured us we won’t be getting any extra charges. I washed and vacuumed the car before returning so they cant be holding my deposit for cleaning fees and the car was returned with a full tank of gas (more than what was in the car when i got it)ALSO the staff has the WORST attitude. They’d yell at u, laugh at you and would make you wait for absolutely no reason. Three ladies at the desk with no customers and made us wait 30 minutes before helping us. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had @hertz do better.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! I rented a car for 24 hrs and when I took it back they invented this story saying that the car smelled like cigarettes. I don’t smoke so that was a lie. I asked to speak with a manager and the manager told me to take the car to her friend’s car wash and get it detailed for $100. I refused to do that because I know the car didn’t smell like anything so she said she will charge me $450 because she has my credit card information. I reported them! Stay away from this place! They will scam you. They need to closed this place down. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

I've noticed that whenever I come to this place, one of the staff members makes me wait for a long time, even if the lady I need to check my reservation is available. The staff members don't acknowledge me or greet me and they mumble their questions under their breath and then repeat them rudely as if they think I don't understand English. I know that everyone has bad days, but when you're at work, it's important to remember that every person you encounter is a human being. Even if you've had negative experiences with other customers, it's not fair to assume that every customer is going to be difficult. On the other hand, there is another lady who works here who is very friendly and helpful, so for now, I'm giving this location three stars. Thank you for being kind and for helping to maintain your company's reputation.

Come here if you enjoy being talked down to and degraded! I asked a question about a car I saw on the lot and lady behind the desk looks at the other associate and says “i don’t know why these people ask about cars that aren’t available”. I simply wanted the longer range tesla and got greeted with attitude. Hertz won’t be getting business from me even if it means paying double somewhere else. Amazing what a few nasty employees can do to a company.
