Poorly marked exits..after going in circles and just wanted to leave I had to flag a worker down and rold him he could either open the magnetically sealed door or i was out a fire exit.

Purchased a book shelf directly from this store. When trying to put it together, realized we were missing two pieces. I called customer service who was of no help, so my husband called. He was told he could go back to the store and get the missing pieces. He drove 45 minutes to the store and was met with long wait times, attitude and all around poor service. He was never given a number so he waited a half hour before going back to the counter to ask what why it was taking so long. A "customer service" employee said "he's not my customer" and wouldn't attempt to help him. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, but he did finally get the two missing pieces and left. While he was waiting, he noticed several other customers with missing parts complaints. Saving a little money is not worth the hassle of time out of our day off, missing pieces and poor service.
