Went on looking for a own and Staff was very helpful and quick on helping to locate the item. During Self Check an employee went above and beyond to help and make a task quicker and easier, which I can never complain about efficiency lol. I would make this my go to Store as they also seem to keep a full stock!

Plenty of parking, finally had the metric screws I needed for my television.
Price for a piece of angle iron was ridiculous cheaper to go to the people who actually deal steel.

Never get a delivery from here I recieved broken lumber twisted and un usuable! Sheet rock that's all busted up and broken down the middle!!! They gave me a run around to get new supplies waste of time and money

Inventory is off significantly, employees poorly trained and poorly supervised. Paid for 11 boxes of tile, was confirmed for pickup and they gave me 11 tiles instead, for $463 after 1.5 hours of driving. They came up with lots of excuses for this order. Will never use Lowes again. Don’t count on pickup orders being legit, inventory is off and employees have no idea what they’re doing.

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered a wheel barrow and requested the free assembly offered online. Came in twice into the store and called ahead once. They did not build the wheelbarrow and ended up returning for a refund. Won’t be back here.

I'm very nice.. the people there don't just tell you where to go they show you where the products are.
Otherwise you just sent down a wild goose chase which Lowe's does not do.

Terrible experience at Lowes New Haven..purchased a $70.00 pleated window shade that was cut incorrectly by an employee-will not fit my window & basically damaged & they would not refund the cost.Spoke with 3 managers & I was told to call levolor for something that was their fault!
I have bought dozens of shades here before for rental apartments in addition to sets of appliances, windows, slider doors etc.& am a good customer! Unbelievable!

I had so many issues at home due to some unexpected renovations and was super frustrated but when I got to your store I met Suzette she was the only one working in the plumbing and electrical aisles and she took the time to calm me down, assist me with everything I needed and kept a smile on her face the whole time! You are lucky to have her working there! She was literally the only employee I saw in those aisles the 30 minutes I was in the store. She not only helped me she helped other customers at the same time!!! Thank you Suzette!!!!

Rosa at the cashier desk attitude seems like she did not want to be there . Her customer service was very poor . She barely helped me with a concern and then proceeds to go on her phone .
