Didn’t know how much household stuff like detergent, cleaning supplies.Also making a copy of a key here is $4 and takes a few minutes.They also sell gift items. Stefani was really helpful!

The store in North haven is horrible these days. We have attempted to purchase have appliances, resulting in canceled sale. And good luck ever getting help in the paint dept. Or help in delivery. This store will literally leave you hanging eternally... ?

Can I go lower than one star.....Four months to have a basic patio door installed...Ordered in June...two weeks for delivery..another two weeks before intall...slider arrived damaged...SO..another two + weeks for replacement....and two more weeks for install.....2nd attempt finds another problem with the stationary door....AND another two + weeks for replacement...Multiple calls to Corporate....almost zero communication from the store....Corporate was sympathetic and the Install team was of great help..

I bought a washing machine for on 9/12/23 along w/the delivery fee ($600). The salesperson said we had 48hrs to return it. It didn't perform as we'd hoped so I returned it on 9/16/23 (an hour & a half before the actual 48hr mark), but Lowes wouldn't honor it. The manager said that they changed their policy & that the 48 window starts on the Day Of Purchase. I thought they were kidding because that "MAKES NO SENSE". How can we assess a product if it hasn't arrived yet?...& they know the exact date & time of all deliveries...& I know this because they showed me my delivery info on their computer screen. Why implement a policy that is a BLATANT SCAM? Lowe's made 97 Billion last year so to enforce this RIDICULOUS policy is in hopes of saving a dollar is DISGUSTING. They were my "go-to-spot" (I am a contractor), but I WON'T BUY AS MUCH AS A PAPER CLIP from them, ever again & I hope no one else does.

Thankful for Dan, in kitchens & appliances, in your New Haven, CT store. He made the process of buying a new fridge quick and easy. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way and saved me over $50 by offering me Lowes credit. Much appreciated. Nice guy!

I recently purchased a refrigerator at the new haven store. I was assured it was in stock and could be delivered on the upcoming Saturday and thatbthey would call and give me a 4 hour window for the delivery. We'll, Saturday came and went, with no call regarding the delivery of the appliance on Sunday, I called the store, was transfered to Appliances where a woman told me that the refrigerator was not in stock, they usually call to update the consumer and they had rescheduled the delivery for the following Saturday. She could not tell me anything more, only what was in their computer system. I asked for a Manger and waited for someone to pick up. No one ever did. The following Saturday I waited again for the delivery and again it never happened. Again no call. Sunday morning I went to the store and asked for a refund. I explained what happened and was told by customer service that the refrigerator was in stock no one knew why it wasn't delivered. I asked for a refund and was told no problem an a manager was called. He didn't ask any questions to see what the problem was only took over the refund process. After a few minutes he excused himself and went to the office to get the money, since I had paid by check I would get a cash refund. He came back shortly and advised he didn't have any large bills but thought he could give me 10s. $900 in $10s I asked? Well it's early he said, I can probably give you 3 or 400 in $20. I agreed and got $200 in $20 and the rest in $10s, which I took to a local hardware store in Guilford and bought almost the same refrigerator for $90 less. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the way Lowes handled this but I'm happy to have found the smaller stores still provide excellent service. Oh by the way, the new refrigerator arrived 2 days after purchase. Shop local!

I called in for a zero turn mower and asked if it was ready and was told it was. I expressed that I was almost a hour away and again they said it was ready for pick up. I’m at the store now and zero turn mower is not ready for pickup. I drove a hour out my day for absolutely nothing it was very unprofessional and very unacceptable. This store needs to do better honestly you do not do this to your customers.

Shopping was good but I got to the garden shop cashier and the plant I wanted to buy didn't have barcode. The cashier suggested that I go back to front entrance were they were located at take a picture and then comeback. So I said never mind because I was not walking all the way back, he just let me leave the plant and walk out.

I had keys made here. The moment I walked through the door, I was pleasantly greeted by associates. I didn't get the young man's name, but he was a "life saver" because I'm still recovering from ankle surgery and the distance to the key counter was too far for me to walk and he offered to have them made for me, which was a big relief for me. I truly appreciated all the assistance I received during my visit. I'll definitely visit again in my area.
