Another McDonald's that doesn't know how to do menu switchover without closing as others are able to do. Worse yet they take orders they don't intend to fill during switchover.

Parking: They have handicap parking spots available.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s McDonald of course they are wheelchair friendly and handicapped friendly as well.

I usually do weekly Uber eats orders from here, but they do have a frequency of getting things incorrect or missing items (sometimes entire order). 3 years ago, I ordered a burger from there and it was all slimy like the consistency of butter and I developed COVID-19 symptoms.Have a consistent standard of quality food, add a good quality temperature and start firing people who have a consistent pattern of getting orders wrong.Unacceptable

Nobody speak english at the window, I just wanted a large high sea orange with no eyes and it took me a long time just to get my large high sea orange were noise. No one understood what I said.If they don't speak English, how can they work at the Drive through window.

The sweet tea was watered down. I'm from the south and expected McDonald's tea to be universally sweet. I was disappointed and wrong.

Long drive thru wait times. Rude employees. After waiting in line for 15 minutes to pick up a mobile order I asked a worker for sweet and sour sauce. Midway through asking he abruptly walked away before I could finish. Spent 5 minutes waiting while multiple employees looked over and continued chatting to one another. When he finally came back to the window there was no apology or anything for his rude behavior. Managers should take a page out of chick fil a's handbook and train their employees better.

AVOID THIS PLACE! My mobile order had been ignored for 20 minutes until I asked the guy at the counter. Then they started to prepare my order. The guy who responded to me asked me if I'm the first time here pick up an order at the counter, indicating I'm a fool and shouldn't have annoyed him for asking my order. Super unrespectible! Spent one hour here waiting for two mobile orders. Never coming back again!

This particular location is horrible. Customer Service is low. Going thru the Drive thru you have to say hello before someone answers. Upon answering they say "give me a few seconds," which turns to 2 minutes. I despise this location. They always have excuses why there customer service stinks.

Terrible service, it is the only McDonald's in my entire area that the mobile app code for offers does not work, you can talk to the management and the cashier does not call you.

When I went to this establishment, I ordered a drink the person that was at the window was tying the trash then put a lid onto my drink without washing his hands. When asked if he can remake my drink he still was trying to give me the drink like nothing was wrong then also started speaking a different language and still proceeded to change my drink, or wash his hands.
