Very fast and efficient! Now with the new remodel, it’s very nice that we have two lanes but even when we had one lane in the drive-through, it was pretty fast my order is always right I never had any discrepancies with my food! food. You have my vote ??

My experience at the McDonald's on 1094 Whalley Ave was disheartening. Upon arriving at 11:50, I encountered an older lady with red glasses, wearing a grey shirt and lacking a name tag, who exhibited a remarkably bad attitude. After ignoring me and engaging in a casual conversation with a coworker, she finally acknowledged my presence at the register, asking if I had placed my order on the kiosk, despite having observed me waiting. The ignorance displayed by this manager is unacceptable, and her disrespectful tone while taking my order only exacerbated the situation. While I understand the fast-paced nature of McDonald's, such behavior is unwarranted. It's my hope that the management addresses this issue, as customer service is paramount, even in a quick-service environment.

Every evening I come to this McDonald location and the discount code never works. They always say that it says the code has been redeemed and then my app says they "got it". Today is the 3rd time this has happened so at this point this location seems like they simply don't want to accept people's codes (another person I know says the same thing happened to them). It's giving, scam! They dont want to redeem codes so they make it look like they are receiving a valid code on their end. Shame on them!
