They have a wide range of applications that they have built. I've used many of their products. I was impressed with the customer service when I needed help routing a package to an address that the post office failed to deliver to. I'd recommend them moving forward.

Customer Service is almost nonexistent. I’ve emailed for over two weeks To hear about my order and heard nothing. Their website purposefully hides their customer phone number. I order something for delivery and heard nothing. It says “please wait 14-15 days for delivery, and allow us 24 hours to retrieve your tracking number” I heard nothing! This company is great on printing at ************* but terrible for deliveries!

I ordered prints on 1/27, the confirmation email said I would have them in 7 days. After 7 days rolled around, I still hadn’t seen anything so I reached out to customer service to see where my package was (the confirmation email didn’t provide tracking info). They gave me a tracking # and the *** site to track it. This told me my estimated delivery date was 3 days prior, but that my delivery was still “in transit.” So I contacted ***. They told me that the tracking number was one they didn’t recognize and to contact my local post office. I did that and the post office told me to contact the original sender. I reached back out to ************ tell them I’ve contacted both *** and **** and ask them for help- they tell me to contact the post office. In short, I told them, again, that I already did that and I needed these pictures for an event that is now passed so I just wanted my money back. Keep in mind they were pretty responsive before this last email. They have not gotten back to me in FIVE DAYS. How does a company go from responding in less than 24 hours to not responding at all when a refund is asked for? I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank. I went back and read some reviews and it looks like they have done this to multiple customers on multiple occasions, they’re all sharing the exact same experience and something is fishy. Please do not order through this company- pure robbery.
