“I love this location. People working here are very professional and knowledgeable. Rachael is an amazing prosthetics specialist. She made two different braces for my son, she cooperated with his doctor to work on insurance authorization. I also like Jerri, the receptionist at Biometrics at the New Haven location. She is very professional and nice. She played an integral part during the authorization process, making sure there was clear communication between the insurance and the office. I believe that she is a big asset to this office. I would recommend this office to everyone in a heartbeat.”
