Morales transmission takes care of you and provides you with good service. I recommend them 100%. I found them on Google and I don't regret it. Good prices. They work with all types of cars.

I didnt wind up going because there was no appointment soon enough for me, but the person over the phone was very rude whe I asked if they had any same day appointments or a place if I had to tow my car there and snapped at me the rest of the call when I was just double checking.

I brought my car to Morales thinking it was my transmission because another auto mechanic told me it was. The team at Morlaes could have told me the same thing and made more money off of me but they were professional and honest and it was not my transmission. They saved me a lot of money and gained a loyal customer. I will be bringing my car back to Morales for all my future needs. I came in due to my engine/car shaking and it was recommended that I receive an Engine Diagnostic to pinpoint exact issue with my vehicle as well as other issues requiring future maintenance. I ended up replacing all spark plugs and receiving an oil change. My car runs smooth and no lights on the dash. During this process, The communication was great and all of my many questions and concerns were addressed.I found this business on Google and I am lucky to have come across an honest and reliable business. I would recommend and I will be returning !

Great guys over there. I had to get my transmission rebuilt on my 01 Camry, Juan was a great guy and gave me a good price compared to other shops and had my car back pretty quick. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

This garage exceeded my expectations. I live out of town, but my car was in New Haven so I read several reviews and chose to go with this independent business based on the excellent feedback of other customers. I was not disappointed. Everything about the experience was professional - the communication and the work itself. Juan was completely upfront about everything including what it would cost to run the diagnostics. Since I was hoping to be able to return to Massachusetts that day he saw to it the work was completed by the end of the day. The mechanics noticed that I could use a new air filter, so they took care of that at a very reasonable price, as well. All is running smoothly a week later.I highly recommend this business.Service: Transmission
