About New Haven Union Station
New Haven Union Station is a clean, well organized, and easy to navigate station. It is described as cozy and regal, with model trains above the bench seating adding a nice touch. The station provides service to towns and cities throughout Connecticut, with frequent service to New York via Metro-North and hourly or better Amtrak service to Boston and Washington. There is also one daily round trip to St. Albans, VT. Travelers can use CT rail for an easy trip to Hartford, rent cars, and book bus travel from the station. It is a short walk from downtown New Haven and sets the aesthetic tone for the city. Amenities include two Dunkin' Donuts, a Sbarro, and a Subway.
Clean, well organized and easy navigatable station. Vermonter amtrak trains has a 20 mins stop here for change of engine.

Very easy to navigate. They have trains and a bus line. Two dunkin donuts and a sbarro and a subway (sandwich not train) what more do you need. Easy hour via CT rails to get to Hartford
