Great service. my dog is large and fairly difficult for nail trimmings, she just dosent like having her feet touched and she's 110 lbs. They handled her gently, and quickly. Very professional and reasonable price. Thanks!

I found this place at the last minute and it was a great find 5 minutes from our home . I’ve tried other places and our dog (Snukie) always comes back so nervous, not smelling clean or the cut is just poorly done. When we picked him up he was so happy which made me feel so happy and comfortable knowing he seemed to have been well taken care of. He smelled and looked great. Thank you all so much. We will definitely be back

Pawtero is the best! Connor has groomed our goldendoodle, Archie, a number of times and he does an excellent job. He is so thorough and has stayed late with Archie on multiple occasions. I appreciate the time he takes to give Archie the best possible haircut, despite his thick, curly, and often matted hair. We have had negative experiences at other places where he was shaved to the skin because he was "too matted" and this was done so without even a phone call to us. When this has happened with Connor, he has called us to go over the options. We really appreciate the great job they do at Pawtero!

Very nice place for great and fast service. You can step out to breakfast, pastry, and coffee shops while you wait for your dog to get groomed. This place is not overcrowded with too many appointments at one time, which means you don't have to worry about your dog getting sick. Customer Service is great! My dog feels safe here, which is priceless.

I took my polydactyl cat to get her claws clipped because I can't do this on my own, and she'll get ingrown claws if I don't do this every four months. Very speedy appointment and very stress-free. Unfortunately, they don't do cat grooming anymore so now I have to take her to my vet. Pawtero was in my neighborhood and was so much more convenient than a vet trip. Hopefully, they get a cat groomer again.

I love Pawtero! I take my little pup here every 3-4 months. I will say it's a little expensive in my opinion. My favorite groomer is Angel. He is in my opinion better than the others - he's attentive to detail, kind, and great for anxious dog mamas like myself

I bring my 70 lb. retriever mix specifically to be groomed by Hayley. Hayley is the most compassionate groomer and forges a real connection with not just me as a customer, but with my dog as well. Salem is usually very sensitive to get her nails trimmed, but Hayley has such a gentle touch and goes the extra mile to make sure Salem is relaxed and enjoying her time as much as possible. 5 stars.
