A family member asked me to post a review because they are not on the web.This auto repair shop did an amazing job repairing a 2017 Lexus RX 350. Several quotes were received to do the job. This business was by far the best price and aabout half the price of some of the overpriced establishments who advertise on TV. Dave who runs this business is a gentleman and very honest, trustworthy, and a man of this word. The repair is flawless to say the least.If you have an accident and want to price out more than one quote, this may be a very good decision after a collision?

I recommend using Mike and his team after they made my WRX look like new. They repaired what it needed and the price was more than fair for the quality of work received.

My daughters car was slightly sideswiped in her apartment parking lot. We took the car to another shop first. Big mistake. Got a second opinion from Powsners. Dave and Mike Jr. were wonderful about answering all our questions and navigating the insurance process. Because of this other shop ???? who told our insurance that the car was a total loss we were unable to have the car repaired at Powsners. But their customer service and knowledge was great!

This was absolutely the best auto body shop I have ever used. My car had a great amount of damage from airborne debris generated by the tornado in September. There was both interior and exterior damage. Mike told me how long he thought it would take to repair the car but he also advised me that getting parts could cause delays because of Covid.Communication - Mike kept me constantly informed on the progress. I never had to chase him to figure out how things were going or if there was a delay. He would text me photos every few days of the progress. So to say the least the communication was excellent.Dealing with the insurance company - The insurance company estimate was made virtually. The estimate was not detailed enough to evaluate all of the damage. Mike communicated with the insurance company directly and handled all the supplemental Payments for the damage that was overlooked by the insurance company.Workmanship - when I got the car back I could not believe how great it looked. It looks better than the day I bought it. There was both exterior and interior damage to repair and all of it was done to the highest quality. They went above and beyond and it definitely showed In the final results.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of interior or exterior auto body work. The next time I need auto body work done Powsner is where I am going!Service: Body & Trim

Always very busy.great local location small shop but the workers do a great job.my brother brought his car there they fixed his muffler and something else really quick and my brother was back on the road.they were very friendly and attentive.
