The sign in was a snap and I was called right on time. The Phlebotomist was kind, caring and very gentle.

Made an appt for 7:10am. Door still locked by 7:15am. Had to leave for work and paid for parking for no reason.

Wonderful experience. Staff was awesome. My phlebotomy person was amazing. I have sider & roller veins and she got it on the first shot. That means a lot to me. She was patient and made me feel comfortable. I shall return again.
