I was a walk in and after sitting in the office, I was there with another lady and then the announcement came they wasn't taking anymore people but I was there for a while and I will never go there again

This was my first visit in two years. I had not made a reservation. BIG mistake. They take walk ins after anyone with an appointment, even if they arrive after you. The site I went to had only one person working the first shift. Two would have been more appropriate. There were enough clients to keep both busy and it would have been far more respectful of the clients. As far as the person who drew the blood was concerned, she inserted the needle so as to allow a considerable amount of blood to infiltrate my arm. That almost never happens as my veins are easy to access. I would not recommend the site I visited.

Had to make appointment 20 miles from home at 12:40pm which was the earliest appointment available. I have to fast so early appointments are necessary. Got all the way to Sherman Ave in New Haven (saw meth heads in the area = unsafe) and there was a handwritten sign on the door saying they would be back after 1:00 for appointments. I’ll be back at work and very hungry by then. I should have read the reviews first! Quest is awful!!

I had to deal with the most RUDE employee yesterday! I don't understand why people get jobs working with the public if they don't like people! I asked if I could have a cup of water and she snapped at me and acted as if I was asking for her soul! So nasty!

Disgusting location, blood on the chairs, rude workers, and the bathroom where you have to provide urine doesn’t lock. I walked into a gentleman sitting on the toilet while the door was locked but I was able to lightly pull open. They don’t have an exit sign, and if I didn’t ask I wouldn’t have know how to exit the office. The customer service is terrible for someone working in the medical field, which I draw blood and work with people so I know the minimum of being human to others.

I’m absolutely terrified of needles and was really anxious about getting blood work done. Jay made the process extremely quick and literally painless. I really appreciated how he made me feel both comfortable and validated about something I’m embarrassed about — give him a raise!! Thank you Jay, you’re amazing.

I went there to give a urine sample. This means that I walked into the bathroom with a wet wipe that was in a wrapper, a sample cup, and a lid. So apparently one is supposed to juggle all these while unbuttoning, catching the stream, avoiding splashing g cleaning, and then sealing the container and redressing. I don't know who looked around the bathroom and thought, "nah no need for a little table anywhere near the toilet on which to put the lid, the wrapper, or anything like that. Let them juggle it."This Quest is fine for blood draws, however if you are leaving a urine sample, perhaps another lab is a better choice.

I came to this Quest location to get my labs done and boy, they were a HOT mess. I had a question about my insurance (which you're required to bring to check-in), but the check in process is fully automated so I wasn't able to ask it upfront. When I got taken back, I told the lab tech that I had 2 sets of labs ordered and the lab tech was out right rude about it. She snapped back at me, saying "no there isn't, there's only one in the system". After a frustrating back-and-forth conversation with her, she finally called the health system who ordered it and found out that it WAS there. She said "ugh" and sent me back into the waiting room to wait for them to send it over. 1.5 hrs pass by and I'm still in the waiting room. I knock on the door to ask them for an update. Jay, another phlebotomist, said that the girl who helped me earlier had gotten off her shift without letting anyone know I was still waiting. Super unprofessional. Absolute mess. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The 1 star is for Jay who ended up having to help me during his lunch break. I stayed there 2 hours for a lab draw that only took 5 minutes. I won't be coming back here again. Try the one at 55 Lock St.

I had a scheduled blood draw but they were running late by 25 minutes late. Other than that, all good. Jay was quick, efficient, and fun to chat with.

I think this is the best experience i have ever had getting blood drawn. I am deeply afraid of getting my blood drawn and have passed out and delayed getting blood drawn because of it. By chance, i have gotten Jay/Jessimir multiple times and they are absolutely amazing. Super quick, confident, and kind. Honestly really talented

Would not recommend. I made an appointment the night before. I tried to sign in, system said I didn't have an appointment. Then got help from staff. I had a 8:30am appt and still was sitting 45min later.
