I was asked if I ever cashed a check there before. I told the lady no, then she said we can't cash your check. Funny thing about it, when I first walked in there was a sign up at her window saying they can't cash checks for new clients, but after I walked out I saw her take the sign down.

Just called the lady was very nasty and rude over the phone. She kept asking what is the check? Just kept saying no we don’t cash checks. Zero out of ten wouldn’t recommend.

I came in on 2/14/2026 to cash a check and was treated very disrespectfully by the employee working at the counter. When I calmly asked to speak to a manager, she refused and told me no. I was not being rude or disruptive. I’m very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and would like this addressed
