Last week Fidelity New Haven made me an appointment with a particular rep for today. I showed up at the appointed time only to be told that the rep hadn't come in today. They looked for someone else who could see me, but after 20 minutes still couldn't find anyone. This office is an embarrassment--completely unprofessional and incompetent.
