Teresa and Kevin are amazing. They take their time explaining everything from the oinpad to the office hours and customers hours. Everytime imthere they are cleaning outside or the inside of the building.

Great team and facility. Unfortunately, it is not advisable to try to access the storage or move in/out after nightfall because of the location. I had a bad experience while trying to access the facility at around 9 pm. However, in the day, this location felt very safe.

The Place Storage Quest is absolutely great! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Teresa was so kind-hearted, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was easy and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and dedicated to helping others, and she truly made my experience outstanding. Teresa is an amazing person. She helped me and my fiance out so much. She took her time to show us different sizes and she even went out her way to show us how to use the code in all the pin pads. She went above and beyond. Awesome customer service.
