About The Shops at Yale
The Shops at Yale at 56 Broadway offer a variety of shopping and dining experiences in a central and scenic location. Visitors can enjoy parking options, including paid parking and the possibility of free street parking nearby. The area features several beautiful shops, including the well-known Apple Store, which provides excellent support for Apple products. The Yale bookstore is also popular, especially for purchasing Yale caps, which are cheaper than buying directly from the university. Visitors can stroll through the area, discovering small shops and enjoying outdoor tables and chairs to relax and watch the lively scene. The neighborhood has nice coffee shops, such as Mason Mattis, a high-end spot frequented by Yale students. While the coffee is expensive and drinks can be unfamiliar, the ambiance offers a typical university vibe. The shops and cafes are welcoming, and even those not purchasing can use the bathrooms. Overall, The Shops at Yale provide a pleasant place for tourists and students alike to shop, dine, and enjoy views of the Yale campus, especially at sunset.

Really nice place to stop and stroll around in the evening. Apple Store nearby, small coffee shops and restaurants, beautiful views of Yale campus at sunset, parking is cheap. We stopped by to shop, had coffee and dinner and only paid $3 for the parking. And it’s really central to many things.
