Very unreliable, very irresponsible and very poor communication. Had a breakdown and progressive insurance assigned my case to them, 3 days later and my van was still where I left it and when I tried contacting the tow company, they ignored calls including from insurance company and, if they answered by chance, then you get all the excuses in the world, they lie someone will get in touch with you or whoever is responsible is out call back in an hour and then when you try to call they ignore. So spare yourself too much frustration and headache and just find another tow company.

Tony's Towing towed my totaled car and sold it without sending me an Intent to Sell Notice as required by Connecticut State Law.They have refused to send me any documentation which leaves me liable for town taxes indefinitely.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Talked with Sabrina and she was very nice and extremely helpful. My car got towed which was completely my fault and I couldn't find it. I called Tony's and they had it because the PD called them. Went and paid them and got my car within a couple minutes quick and easy
