So came here for a same day vehicle registration paid their fees. So far its been 2 days I've been waiting. Still beats waiting weeks for a DMV appointment. But dont come here expecting their advertised same day registration. And please do expect to pay more than you would at DMV.

Miguel and Andrew were more than accommodating after the purchase of my 2005 Nissan Altima. Very nice guys and family oriented business. With every older vehicle comes unique surprises. Miguel and Andrew fixed needed repairs to get me on my way to and from work. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and patience…the car runs great!!

I feel like I dodged a bullet by not going through with a deal from this place. I was working with Andrew who has only been training in Finance Management for a little over two months—told me I was approved for the SUV I wanted with $3500 down before he got an official approval from the bank. Then later called me back to tell me the bank said I was denied and needed to seek a cheaper car.
After settling for an older and cheaper car, I completed all the necessary documentation asked of me every step of the way. Mid deal after signing the contract and adding insurance to the vehicle, communication from Andrew ceased despite my many attempts to reach him via text and calls. The bank called me to inquire about documents that they hadn’t received for verification even after I sent them to Andrew.
I had to personally email documents to the Funding Analyst from the bank for an approval. Literally not even 5 mins after speaking with the bank I received a call from Andrew stating I was approved. The bank was waiting on him to communicate the missing pieces as they were required and he did not. Fast forward to signing their internal forms and DMV paperwork, I inquired about a “processing fee” of $599 they charged because I was sincerely concerned. Instead of answering my question, Andrew told me he’s “canceling the deal as he has others interested in the vehicle and they have no problem paying that amount.” In CT, a processing fee is to be no more than 1% of the selling price of the vehicle and they know this, so when I asked about it, instead of negotiating the fee or completely removing it, he canceled my deal. Not to mention I was scheduled to pick up the car the next day. :(
This has been such a horrible experience. I have been nothing but kind and respectful to Andrew and his team, driving back and forth to the dealership with my one year old after working long shifts all day and should not be treated the way I was. Save yourself the trouble and purchase a car from another dealership who actually cares about their customers. If they’re not honest and helpful during the buying process I can only imagine the same integrity lacking in the quality of the vehicles they sell. The only good thing about this place is Sophie, the front desk admin, she was polite and kind.
I will be reporting them to the attorney general and bbb and dmv. Absolutely horrible.
